Not distracted by obvious trends, each cohesive and multi-faceted collection is defined by distinctive custom prints designed in-house, innovative cuts and a striking use of pattern.
 
A regular on the NZ Fashion Week schedule since her New Generation debut in 2003, and the label has also previously presented in Sydney in 2006 and 2007 and in Tokyo in 2007.
 
Cybèle has been worn by Lily Allen, The Veronicas, Japanese stars Chiaki Kuriyama (Kill Bill Vol I) and Ai and pieces are regularly featured in key titles from New Zealand and farther afield.

International coverage of note has included Nippon Vogue, Nylon (US), Elle Japan, Vogue Taiwan, Sportswear International, The Australian, Vogue Australia, WWD Japan, Cleo, Fashion Quarterly, WGSN and the label is included in the book Young Asian Fashion Designers (Daab).

Cybèle’s flagship boutique opened in Ponsonby in March 2011, and the label, currently in its 20th season, is also available in boutiques throughout New Zealand, Australia and Japan.
